The CoreStreet-enabled E-Plex 5800 series is a stand-alone system approved by GSA to meet FIPS 201 requirements (PIV, PIV-I, TWIC, CAC, and FRAC). The E-Plex 5800 series is on the FIPS 201 Approved Product List (APL) and features cardholder unique identifier (CHUID) readers. The system enables enrolling FIPS 201 cards at the reader without requiring software. Several options to check validity of cards are available.
