High-volume heating boilers

The manufacturer's horizontal firetube steam and hot water boilers operate at up to 800 horsepower. The boilers feature a three-pass wet-back design, and are offered with an open protocol burner with a pressure rating up to a maximum allowable working pressure of 300 pound-force per square inch gauge. A programmable logic controller boiler control system shows operators the current boiler status. The module also displays the status of the boiler feed water pumps, de-aerator water temperature and boiler water level. The boiler is available in a variety of trim options, customized and configured for the customer's job-specific needs.
