When the Michigan Department of Corrections needed to improve security at Ryan Road Prison, officials selected Model SEC-007 surveillance tower. Rising about 30 ft. in the air, the structure boasts bullet-resistant construction that protects occupants from 9-mm. handguns, automatic assault weapons, and other gunfire. Also features restroom facilities, heating and cooling systems, and complete wiring for lights and electrical outlets. Options range from battery-powered flood lights to sliding gun ports. Product line includes surveillance towers made of hardened steel alloy plate (measuring up to 12 in. thick). Select from sizes up to 40 ft. tall, with up to 4-in.-thick glass. Security booths for border crossings, airports, toll lanes, and parking lots also available.Par-Kut International, Inc., Harrison Township, MI
