The waterproof Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) thermometer has a sturdy ABS body and is suited for food labs, food processing, food preparation, wash-down processes and brewing applications. The HACCP thermometer features LEDs that alert to HACCP zones. The thermometer's temperature range for infrared is minus 67 degrees to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. The probe range is minus 67 degrees to 626 degrees Fahrenheit. The length of the thermometer is 12.5 inches, and the weight is 3.5 ounces. The LCD digits on the thermometer are a quarter-inch high.
