Rider-sweeper

The Advance Proterra rider-sweeper mists water on both sides of its 64-inch sweeping path so dust that might otherwise float away clumps for conveyance by side brooms into the sweeper's vacuumized main chamber. To keep the air stream into the chamber free of particles, the Proterra is equipped with a nanofiber filter. The variable frequency filter shaker system shakes the filter free of fine dust at multiple vibration frequencies. Users can clearly view the front and side brooms of the sweeper and maneuver accordingly from inside the operator's compartment.
