Minnesota's National Sports Center, the largest soccer complex in the world, has renewed its information and knowledge sharing agreement with Bloomington, Minn.-based The Toro Company. Under the agreement, Toro provides landscaping equipment to the sports center, and the company shares agronomic practices developed there with other cities and sports complexes, according to Paula Sliefert, senior marketing manager for Toro's sports fields and grounds business.

The National Sports Center is located in Blaine, Minn., about 20 miles north of Minneapolis. “We schedule a wide variety of sports for the nearly 60 fields, including soccer, rugby, lacrosse, football, cricket and ultimate disc,” said John Connelly, development director at the National Sports Center. The center also has an official PGA Tour-designed 18-hole golf course, intended to help people of all ages experience the game of golf.
