Tom Kulikowski has been named president and CEO of Lenexa, Kan.-based Kustom Signals, a manufacturer of speed enforcement, speed awareness and in-car video systems for law enforcement and public safety agencies.

Kulikowski most recently served as general manager of Electrosonic Systems and prior to that served as group president of Telex Communications. His early career included various engineering, sales, marketing and product management roles with a global manufacturing focus.

The new CEO earned an undergraduate engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and conducted his graduate studies in business at Widener University.
