Nyack, N.Y.-based LRG Marketing Communications has announced the appointment of Larry Anderson to the newly created position of chief copywriter.

Anderson formerly was the editor-in-chief of a trade publication that serves the security market. In his new position, Anderson will put his industry knowledge and expertise to work for the agency's technology-based client companies.

“Larry has always been regarded as one of the best editors and writers in the industry, and is an invaluable addition to our established team of writers,” said Vince Galdi, president of LRG Marketing Communications. “We see this as a growth opportunity and sound investment for continued business development both with existing and new clients in the [business-to-business] technology space.”

In his new position, Anderson will be working on a variety of communications and public relations projects, including development of white papers, end-user case histories, technology articles and press releases.
