The American Council for Technology (ACT) announced the keynote speaker line up and theme for its upcoming 2006 Management of Change Conference (MOC). In response to the current trend of economic globalization and its impact on government and industry, ACT has chosen “Leading Change to Build Organizational Value” as this year’s theme. MOC 2006 will be held at the Westin in Hilton Head, SC, from June 4 to 7.

Conference attendees will participate in interactive workshops devoted to finding real strategies for approaching the most critical current issues in government information technology. Over 400 industry and government executives are expected at the conference, which will emphasize leveraging technological change in today’s fast-paced environment for positive outcomes.
