Next month, from April 9-12, the NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) stages the NAFA 2011 Institute & Expo (I&E) in Charlotte, N.C., at the Charlotte Convention Center. Tuesday, April 12

Attendees at the session will learn:

• How to handle the added workload and cost that has been generated by stretching lifecycles related to shop operations
• How to handle the added workload without additional staff
• How to find new revenue sources and creative ways to save money without hindering fleet service levels
• How to keep service levels high and meet customers' expectations along with helping reduce their cost

The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA) will co-locate its annual conference at the NAFA event.

NCSFA activities at the NAFA I&E include:
