PB Loader Manufacturing Company, Inc. was started in 1956 by Harold Berg, who concentrated his efforts on developing the truck-mounted loader. In the late 1960's the company, under the guidance of the founder's son, invented the pothole patcher and emulsion systems for use in asphalt patching. Unitized Patchers are easy to operate and fully equipped to handle patching jobs with just one machine. Features an all-steel slat conveyor that moves asphalt out of the container for continuous, non-stop operation. Custom manufactured to meet your specific patching requirements. Equipped with either hydraulic or air tool circuits plus a variety of options, accessories and tools. A thermostatically controlled LPG fueled radiant heating system is standard, optional fuel sources are available. Truck Mounted, Dump Body Slip-In and Trailer models are available. 
Convert an existing dump body into a pothole patcher. The PB Slip-In Patcher is a completely self-contained unit that slides into a dump body within minutes. The perfect solution for cities that want to utilize an existing dump body for patching rather than purchase a complete truck mounted unit. Support legs fold down for convenient storage when unit is not in use. 
PB Loader combines a dump truck and a loader into one unit. Designed to load, haul and dump material with just one machine. PB Loader is built tough and loaded with features that improve productivity and safety. An exclusive arm design allows the operator to get in and out of the cab when the shovel is on the ground or in the travel position. Full hydraulic operation. 
PB Conventional-Chassis Loader PB Loader is adaptable to Tilt-Cab or Conventional chassis. Available with a 3000 lb. or 5000 lb. shovel lifting capacity and can be equipped with a clam, tilt, clam/tilt or standard shovel. Shovel capacities range from 3/4 cubic yard to 1-1/2 cubic yard. PB Loader saves operation costs, reduces manpower and let you tackle a variety of jobs that would other wise require several pieces of equipment.

Pump type emulsion sprayers are available in truck mounted and trailer mounted models. Truck mounted models vary in emulsion capacity from 132 gallons to 177 gallons of emulsion and both include a diesel solvent tank for flushing the emulsion hose and cleaning asphalt tools. Both units are usually heated by the truck cooling system but can also be heated by LPG burner. Trailer mounted units are available in 200, 400 and 600 gallon capacities, use LPG heaters and have waste tanks. Various options are available. 
Compressor Type Emulsion Sprayers Compressor type emulsion sprayers are available in truck mounted and trailer mounted models. Truck mounted units can be charged off of the truck brake system compressor, Sullair 125 Underdeck compressor or 92 CFM Tank Mounted Compressors. These sprayers are usually heated by the truck cooling system. Trailer mounted models are equipped with an engine driven compressor. Power combinations include a 9 HP engine with an 18-CFM compressor and a 37 HP with a 92-CFM compressor. |
