Orange County, Fla., will use AMANDA V. 5 software to power a growth and resource management system that streamlines the delivery of services to the county’s constituents. The AMANDA software will facilitate the automation and streamlining of land development, reviews, permitting, code enforcement and licensing processes across the county.

According to CSDC Systems, AMANDA will provide Orange County with a long-term, scalable, highly configurable Web-based system that meets the needs of the county and its business partners, residents and external stakeholders.

The state of Ohio will use the software to automate its inspection, licensing and certification application processes. AMANDA will enable the state to track all inspections, licenses and certifications in one database that can be accessed by any department depending on user-defined security, according to the company. The deployment also will make it easier to generate reports/summaries on the inspections, licenses and certifications, as well as revenue, reporting, performance and metric measurement data, according to the company.

CSDC promises that the unified database for field inspections, licensing and certification processes will improve efficiency and boost speed and security for retrieving any information submitted internally or externally.
