GSA Appoints Commissioner for Integrated Technology Services

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service has appointed Steven Kempf as deputy assistant commissioner for its Office of Integrated Technology Services (ITS).

In his role as deputy assistant commissioner for ITS, Kempf will administer GSA’s information technology (IT) and telecommunications programs and manage sales of IT products and services through GSA’s IT schedules and governmentwide acquisition contracts and network services contracts.

Kempf joined GSA in 1992. Previously, he served as the director of operations for GSA’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center.
